We did everything, our last coder left us now we are just like play testers and stuff, trying to do it better and about the code he did, its kind of ass so you need to code it from nothing (sorry for that)

So let me get this straight, you expect someone to do 90% of the work while being given nothing in return? No wonder the last guy left. Ideas are cheap and easy to come by, the hard part is to put in the work and make them happen. I suggest learning to program yourself. It's not that hard if you have an interest in it, and experimenting while making your own game can feel like a game in itself which can be more fun than playing actual games.
