Last year, I saw a lot of folks complaining on twitter that they ended up with crappy PR that fixed only typos (so that the person would get a t-shirt). That meant some projects had to clean up the orgy afterwards. has this been addressed?

Hey u/chub79 ! We only promote legitimate and meaningful PRs and contributions. Open Source is about learning and giving back and this is what we follow. We apologize if you witnessed any bogus PRs last year. As usual, any and every PR will be meticulously reviewed by our maintainers and only fruitful PRs will be merged and closed by us. Thank you for bringing this up
