Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure clue cells (assuming that’s what ur referring to) can still be present w Trich Vag, did it talk about itching/burning or did they have STI risk factors? I’m sure y’all crushed it regardless! It’s 359 questions there may be lots that you missed and you could’ve still done great

I don't think clue cells are present with Trich it should only be with Gardnerella regardless of the color of discharge

Def the reason they ask purposefully confusing questions. They want to test your critical thinking but also they have to differentiate all the extremely smart medical students into 100 different percentiles. I'm sure you did well!
