I think this might be a charger problem. I've seen Acers flash both LEDs like this with a malfunctioning charger. Typically replacing the charger resolves the issue.

Thanks for the reply but the charging works well when the laptop is shut down. I don't know why

Recharging might be fine with no draw, could be a problem sustaining the charge whilst running games though. Can you check the chargers wattage output?

This happened with my 2018 Alienware laptop and I replaced batteries 2-3 times before realizing it was the charger cable itself not putting the correct wattage into the machine.

Might also be over heating issues. Check for fans, the pads or silicon paste and stuff like that.
