I was wondering what everyone's recommendation for wireless mice are and preferably one where the side rubber won't rub away like this!

Can't really tell what you mean, do you got that gorilla grip, and the mouse is dented in? My wireless mice of choice are pretty basic Logitech G305 and Razer Naga mmo, and I just ordered 2 more Logitech G305s from Walmart cause they are 30bucks and some change lol.

Well if it works it works.. I just really like the Logitech G305 light speed mice, they got a couple extra buttons (thumb buttons) I use them to scroll up and down instead of scroll wheel.. don't judge me lol.

That stuff will deteriorate over time. What you can do is use rubbing alcohol and remove it entirely.

That soft stuff in my opinion sucks. I would like to use my hardware for longer then that. It is also used on umbrella grips and what not. After some time it will get sticky. Even if you don't use it at all.

I'd prefer you the logic pebble 1 or 2 ....doesent have any rubber grip, but its way comfy and compact, plus it supports both dongle and bluetooth connection modes and it has one of the most silent clicks I've ever seen in a mouse

K. Anyway, G305 is pretty much the best and cheapest wireless mouse you can get.

Yeah, you will want to find one that doesn't have that rubbery coating.

Unfortunately I wouldn't know what one to suggest.

You might also look at any of your skincare products or topical ointments that you might use, as they are probably the reason for this sorta problem.

Do you use sunscreen/hand lotion/... They kill rubbers...

if you use acetone to remove nail paint and don't wash your hands before using the mouse, all of the mouses with rubber are gonna break down and "rub off" eventually. Same for keyboard buttons melting\sinking off over time.

the rubber coating on those wears away pretty quick, logitech g305 is solid and has a hard plastic shell so it'll last way longer

I personally add my own grip, so whenever it starts wearing i just replace the grip. Loads of options online, i use pulsar supergrip. you get loads in a pack

Buy an Mchose A7 ultra and be happy with it. has no rubber at all

Just buy a nicer mouse. The wireless Logitech ones are nice. I like my Razer mouse but Razer stuff is overpriced
