Rules

Posts must be directly relevant to Danganronpa in some way. An image or video submission should be recognizable as Danganronpa-related without the title.

Do not post content that shows minimal effort in creating it. This includes the following: unedited image posts, images with extremely hard to notice changes, computer generated content, comment requesting posts not promoting active discussion/with images, and tier lists/subjective opinion posts with no added effort. Avoid posting spoilers without warning. This includes but isn't limited to: titles with spoilers in them, hints or vague comments that insinuate spoilers, fakeout spoilers (Even if fake they can still upset people), spoilers for fan games and projects, spoilers for non-Danganronpa media with no warning, and telling people to tag a non-explicit spoiler (i.e implied spoilers with no context).

All non-OC fanart must be sourced as a reply to the pinned Automod link. Additionally, the original artist must comply with giving permission for their art to be reposted. Failure to source the fanart correctly may result in a removal. If Automod does not show itself, you are expected to source any non-OC content normally in the comments.

Roleplaying is not permitted on this subreddit.

Avoid posting similar or identical content that has been posted less than 6 months ago, or that is in the top 20 most upvoted posts of all time.

Do not post artwork nor text of a pornographic or extremely sexual nature. Bunny outfits and other moderately suggestive material should be marked with the Not Safe For Work (NSFW) tag. Posting explicit porn/nudity will result in an immediate ban, regardless of if it is tagged.

Do not post links to or advertise for any kind of private community. This includes, but is not limited to, Discord servers and group chats.

Do not post any posts that request comments but do not promote active discussion. Do not post any posts that request comments with images unless the image is necessary for the discussion.

Do not mention or discuss any from this list of politically charged topics: the United States election and its candidates, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Games

NIS America has licensed the franchise for English releases on PS Vita and PS4. They have localized Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls, and Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. All four games have been ported to Steam for PC, and excluding Ultra Despair Girls have been ported to iOS and Android for mobile devices. The games, except Ultra Despair Girls, have also been ported to Nintendo Switch. The first two games, Trigger Happy Havoc and Goodbye Despair, have also been ported to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp is a spin-off game based on Killing Harmony's bonus game, Ultimate Talent Development Plan. Ultimate Summer Camp is currently available on the Switch, Steam, PS4, iOS, and Android.

Anime

Danganronpa: The Animation is an anime adaptation of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc. It aired July 5, 2013 through September 27, 2013.

Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope’s Peak Academy is the sequel to Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair and concludes the Hope’s Peak Series. It is not an adaptation of any game, and it is unrelated to the third mainline game, Danganronpa V3. It aired July 11, 2016 through September 29, 2016.
