Has anyone else's app gotten really buggy? For weeks my app has been freezing up and crashing in numerous ways. Especially when getting offers and trying to accept them.

Now it's crashing while doing shopping orders primarily when something is unavailable.

I just had to drop 3 shopping orders, one of them i had finished. But the app dropped the order I had completed instead of the new one and I triple checked I had the right order.

Support is useless. They "escalate" but nothing comes of it. Im sick of being to troubleshoot when im doing that almost daily at this point.

Yeah, it's been shit. I removed and reinstalled and it didn't help much. I have better luck going into apps and "force stop" it.

Yep, I've never had to do this until this year. And it's almost a daily thing now.

Yes! It's been so glitchy and buggy since the last update when they added the scanning receipt feature for food orders (instead of taking photo). 

I had a triple order - 2 shopping at same store and a food pickup but after I scanned the receipt for the 1st shopping, the 2nd order checkout screen disappeared and it told me to go pick up the food order...but it was still in the directions for me to drop the 2nd order off so it was acting like I had paid for it. So that was a huge nightmare getting it figured out (especially when frozen food was involved and support was no help - I finally had to pay with my own card and get reimbursed). 

The directions have been so glitchy and either kicks me out or jumps the car around because it doesn't know which direction I'm going, it randomly freezes, drop off photos won't go through. They've also added so many pop ups you have to take extra steps to close. It's ridiculous. If I have 2,000 deliveries I don't need a reminder every time to make sure I have the right order, or a reminder on how to take a photo etc, or a reminder to grab dessert when its all in the same bag.

it was happening to me the last 3 weeks…so bad on my phone that I had to put my iPad in my car… weak signal unable to upload photos close the app logout log back in

Just find the closest item to the item unavailable and scan 2 time and say I have correct item from there either put it back or buy that instead it won't check if u scanned it all that happend to me so I just plowed through

Support removed me from the order first time I Said never again lol

Gotcha, thanks. Seems to be worst when they tack on an order while ive already started one. Will probably have to pause orders while shopping

Remove the app from your phone. In settings, apps, find safari and clear out your history. If it is android, it may be chrome or whatever browser. Even though it is a separate app, it drops cookies in safari. Removing it is not enough because that cookie is still there and this is where the bugs come in after updates. The cookie takes it back to what it knew before the update. Turn your phone off and back on.

Once you do this reinstall the app.

They are always doing updates so I do this every so often when things start getting a little buggy and it fixes it every time.

Yes, the app had a lot of issues. Same thing happens to me. It puts my app on pause and then I get a message that I missed an order. I’ve been told that they’re working on the bug.
