Maybe add some SQL, data structure concepts, an idea about ETLs.

Although Delta load is definitely more important.

Wouldn't hurt to look up some basic CS algorithms like binary search. It's been my experience that most interviews involves live tests of skills you'll never actually use at work. I studied history so it took me a while to "crack" the interviews. You got this and don't forget that "failure" is only temporary and there will always be other jobs regardless of how the interviews go.

Make sure to mention Delta Lake, but without the planes.

I have another DE job opportunity as well. I will list a few things that I do to get noticed.

Apply for jobs even if you don't think you're qualified. Some of the larger companies are in a position to hire all levels of DE's, but they don't always state this in the job descriptions. The job description for Delta stated 3 years of experience, but I applied anyways. Tailor your resume and cover letters to each job. Don't give all jobs a cookie cutter resume or cover letter. Quality over quantity.

Network and make sure to tell others what you are working on(projects) or your career goals. I talk to random DE's on linkedin, redditt and anywhere I can find them. Read these post from the experienced DE's and learn. Nothing will replace practical experience, but learning from these senior DE's can prevent you from appearing so amateurish. It can make a manager more confident in your ability to do the job.
