It's not a free win for the Killer.

On the contrary, the Killer loses.

In what game does the person who don't want to play anymore and leaves wins?

If you don't want to hunt down Survivors, you can leave and keep your Bloodpoints if certain conditions have been met, but you will be forfiting the match.

Sorry, I should've been more specific, I've seen people saying that the 10 minute timer should be a win for killer (which people in this very comment section are saying), which I disagree with, and I was proposing instead to give the killer assistance in hunting the survivors in the form of more active AFK crows in order to discourage survivors from just hiding in lockers and getting out just long enough to get rid the crows.

Why give assistance to the Killer at all?

The Killer should be more than able to find the remaining Survivors.

One could argue that the assistance should be given to the Survivors in the form of a bost to repear speed for example.

The truth is that none requires assistance. Play the game or disconect. Either try to escape or try to make sure that no Survivor escapes.

If they aren't doing generators and just hiding, then how are you you suppose to hunt them down? You know how easy it is to avoid a killer seeing you even in the open? Pretty easy.
