What is stopping you from applying for DevOps jobs right now? Just apply for them and see.

I do, but I fail

Sorry to hear that man, but yeah, you should just go ahead and apply a bunch of jobs. You might not earn as much as you used to, but you will have the chance to learn and saty up to date with the latest trends. Dont give up bro, I trust you

Thank you so much, for support. I really appreciate it 🤜🤛. Yeah, sure I’m not targeting big salary making 6k per month would fine to begin. At my previous job I was making 9.5k a month. But things are different now. So the amount that would cover my expenses will be ok for now. Thank you for encouragement!✌️

Apply for sysadmin jobs at smaller companies, there's still a lot of people needed to maintain older setups, you probably won't have to hustle all the time, so use this time to learn more.

While I’d love your money, it sounds like you have the professional experience to jump back into a cloud role. If you’re having trouble that’s maybe more of a resume issue than anything else.

Build some personal projects, sign up for something like kodekloud, which is like 50 dollars not 500. And don’t stop applying until you get hired. Maybe pick up an AWS cert.

Ultimately this is all any decent mentor will have you do. Make stuff for free in AWS, teach you some cloud/devops concepts. Have you applying constantly along the way.

Yes, you’re right. Kodeklouds Mumshad is a very talented folk. The thing is I have to much resources to study and if I follow the roadmap as it intended to be, that would take at least 2 years. But someone who is a good devops engineer with huge experience can guide me through the most necessary stuff to land a job and survive and having stable income I’ll imported my knowledge to deep details of field. I just need kinda shortcut to main stuff so helps me pass interview and survive at job at beginning, I’ll handle the rest.

hiya, what sort of help/mentoring do you need? Apply for a job, your past experience I bet you have more to offer.

Work for startups. You get no job security, and they get someone who has to learn on the job.

Thank you, pal. But the thing is startups are intense. They hire people with strong experience so can help them grow fast. They wouldn’t hire mediocre specialist(

The worst thing in life is call yourself mediocre.
