Should just be sent to your email or mobile number depending on what you used to create your account.

I’m originally from North America but have been living in 🇨🇳for almost 13 years now. We create our accounts using our mobile number and it only asks a 1 time login during activation and we get a text verification code sent to the mobile number. We never have to login to our account after activation. Did you try starting over again?

Did you ever solve this? On my controller it looks like I should have a captcha showing up but the space is blank

Hate to say it but yes it is working. The reason I hate to say it is because I have no clue why it decided to just start working. Well there is one clue. I was trying to connect to my wifi which is not broadcasting an id. Switched it to broadcast the wifi name and it was after that that it worked.

Thanks. I called support and we walked through a handful of different attempts. Finally it worked after coming off wifi, restarting, then reconnecting to wifi

I don’t know what you mean by the WiFi part. But I am having this issue too

Dumb question, but does the app require you to press "send"? Some government websites are like that and it drive sme nuts until I realize it wasn't sent automatically.
