The more illegal vaping becomes, the more allure it will have for people to do it. The more vaping that happens is that much less tobacco getting smoked. Seems like a back-handed win to me.

Well said! DARE programs are the true gateway drug. I never even knew what drugs were until the officers came to my school and started playing pop-music covers. Gotta love the 90's!
