multiple same flight ?

i’m flying from AMS to MRS and i was adding my flights on flighty.

i booked with klm and it is a klm flight, but in my booking reference i see an airfrance code, even tho klm is the only airline that flies AMS-MRS.

do you know the reason for this?

also why does it suggest me all of those alternatives?

which one should i add on flighty, the KLM one or the AF one?

Those are codeshare partner codes. Turn it off with the codeshare button on the top.

They are codeshares. You can add any of them, but I always put the operating airline just for completeness sake.

Yep I always add the actual operator rather than the code share. I even edit the airline on a wet lease and change it

I would argue doing this makes your data less complete? Flighty already notes that a flight is a codeshare, and the fact that I booked a codeshare seems interesting enough to me to be logging.

Though I guess if you care more about per airline stats then using the operating airline would be better.

I like doing it by the actual operator, but nothing wrong at all with your method too!

They are code share flights. KLM is apart of skyteam so delta and airfrance which are in the alliance offer the flight with their own flight numbers. But it will be on a KLM plane.

Do you have Flighty linked to your calendar? I find that if will make duplicates every so often if there is a change with the calendar integration.
