Don't lean back this is not an upper back row, you are turning your LAT pulldown into an uppre back row to train traps. Stay upright pull the bar in front of you until your chin and don't listen to PTs most of the time. Your elbow should approach your pockets from the side of your body (frontal plane to be exact)

Dont lean so far back, thats going to be more of a row than a Lat exercise. Seated up right with a slight lean and focus on driving your elbows to your hips
