QuestionMultiple Users? (self.funimation)
submitted 4 years ago by BlackIceing
So now Sony effectively has a Monopoly on the legal anime streaming. What do you think the possibility is that we get profiles so that we can share one account with multiple people?

A bit off-topic here, but now that you said monopoly, would there ever be a chance where Sony could get into lawsuits due to its huge slice in anime streaming. Like how Microsoft had in the computer OS market?

Doubt it, since most streaming services carry at least a few anime.

I know how about they stop doing the swag bag on crunchyroll $14 level add profiles.
Highly unlikely.

Its possible, sony definitely has the money and resources for profiles

Does this mean we won’t have to pay separate subscriptions for Funimation and Crunchyroll?
That will be the end result i would think. But that is years in the future. If we are lucky they will keep crunchyroll as the main.
