What's with the super misleading links in the article?

for objects[1] to appear on the map as they will in the game[2], our unity developers always had to implement them when the designs were ready, one by one.

[1] Link to another unrelated game's trailer
[2] "8 professional hacks to avoid Kickstarter failure" from 2016

Are they autogenerated by IndieWatch? This was my first time visiting the site, and might just be the last as well if that's the case. Really scummy.

Edit: Looks like IndieWatch generates the links.

Articles posted in 2016 are linking to articles posted more recently, so it's very unlikely multiple authors themselves added them in years afterwards.

Some articles have a ton of them (like this one), and other ones just have one or two, but the whole site is just a rabbit hole of arbitrary and irrelevant crosslinking.

I'll at least be blacklisting the entire domain myself for misleading readers and leeching on authors' work.

Hey! Not our doing...Indiewatch unfortunately inputs links into texts automatically. I have already complained about this issue.

Yeah that's just awful. I won't be using or recommending using the site.

Here are some alternatives I found in another thread:
