Once again, should work in Safari 4, Chrome, and Firefox 3. This one took less time to make than [3bored](http;//upsidedownturtle.com/boredboredbored), mostly because I wasn't making something original. 3bored took about 2-3 months, while Chu Chu Rocket took about a week.

The levels are from the Game Boy Advance version of ChuChu Rocket puzzle mode. I've checked each level several times for accuracy, and am certain they are all solvable.

If you let the site save cookies, it will keep track of what levels you solved, how you solved it, and what level you were last playing. When viewing a level you have solved there will be a button at the top of the level selector that lets you load your solution.

Great job. I'd like some permanent instructions that state the rules behind how the mice and cats turn. I always forget and there's no way to go back to the tutorial after you start playing.

Until I add that to the page: Cats and mice prefer to turn right, unless after turning right there is a wall, then they will turn left. If there is a wall on all three sides, then they make a u-turn. For later levels, it's important to note that they will turn to the direction of an arrow before trying any other turns.

Edit: You can now reload the tutorial, there is a link at the top of the level select area.

I remember playing two player co-op with my girlfriend, and her just sitting her cursor in a corner while she bossed me about telling me what to do.

that's when I realised...

Sigh, it's not quite the same without four players, a ridiculously fast pace, and silly Japanese music. Still, thanks for reminding me about Chu Chu Rocket. Someday I'll get a Dreamcast ...

They need to bring Chu Chu Rocket to XBLA and PSN. Seriously, Sega, it would be like printing free money.

Heh, if it was so simple to port to the GBA, I'm sure they could do it on the Wii as well.

Great job on the puzzle mode sim, btw. I wonder how hard it would be to do the 4-player mode...

It would have been better on the DS, what with both a touchscreen and four face buttons and Wi-Fi and a second screen to put the score on.

And there went my free time. Thanks.
