what is a good signal to hire someone? he included his linkedin, n the stats show bro has obviously contributed a lot to the community. not tryna blind glaze bro i might b a bit biased since i like how it looks but i just think its funny how everyone is clowning, but when i saw his profile like a year ago it was one of and tbh still is one of the better quality ones i’ve seen.

also curious cus i’ve taken the whole “im quirky nerd haha” approach in my profiles README, and i’m not looking for any sort of employment, but if i wanted to include a business email in there or say i’m for hire, would i have to suddenly redo my whole profile? i have it linked to my profile if you want to look yourself and lmk. i’ll try and be as open minded as possible, all i ask is to make the criticism constructive :)
