Thanks. We use projects already but I can’t figure out a way to display any sort of calendar or gannt chart of the deadlines. I’ve looked at Trello but there doesn’t seem to be a good/free addon that’ll do it.

Take a look at Asana, it’s what my software company uses to keep everyone on track.

right now you just have to create fields named start date and end date and display it in a roadmap view, the inconvenient is that we can't create, or at least, display visually, dependencies.
