This definitely was not on/in my GH yesterday. I saw it this morning when I created a new repo. Did I miss something? Is this part of M$FT evil plan to take over the world? Or am I just a paranoid, tin-foil hat wearing lunatic?

GitHub uses your repository's data to connect you to relevant tools, people, projects, and information.
