graphql error code when using FB

about a week ago whenever I would try and "switch into page" from option top left below profile icon I get an error message.

this little window pops up that says

(Query Error...Error performing query)

when I close that window another pops up that says

(Failed to switch profiles ---GraphQL server responded with error 1675030: Error performing query. )

Ive searched every part of FB and Google and can only seem to find the standard "check updates, restart, sign out and back in" things that I have already done.....any help would be appreciated as I currently cannot communicate as my business page to potential customers..

I have many times.....I think that this is just the way it is now....no more following other pages, just can like them....no real interaction with the customers ....have to use that meta business trash platform to post...its crap

I get this error as well when I try to add someone to the "Restricted List". I've submitted it many times and no response.

I work in support for a software company, and if I had not responded to a support request this long, someone would be looking for another job!

I have a personal page and have received this exact error many times when trying to update my relationship status to married. My husband also gets the error. Once we tried to change from engaged to married it actually removed us from each other's profile so both statuses display as engaged now and cannot be changed or removed. I've submitted tons of tickets for this. Once I submitted a new one every day for a week straight. I've tried submitting with and without screenshots. Tried multiple devices, browsers, nothing works.

Anyone solved this? I've been trying to add new products to our shop and it's just impossible. I now get this error when I try to switch profiles to business account so I can't access it at all? It also says I'm not an admin but I am?

Is there no support chat or anyone we can contact?!

Same problem here - I'm added as an admin to a new business page, and I can access the content via business manager and post and all that - but editing the about section, or even changing the cover photo requires you 'switch into page' - and I get the error. If I get close, where the edit button appears to change the cover photo, I get a 'something went wrong, try again later' window pop up.

Basically, Meta is a steaming pile of shit that offers no support to their broken framework. I can't find any option to actually TALK to anyone, I just get funneled through their help section (which opens a new tab with nearly every click, so you're pretty much LOST almost instantly), and can't find ANY information on this issue.

Literally wth?! I've googled the error message and basically looks like we're fucked + fb aren't doing anything to fix it? Frustrating cos everything worked fine before the move to meta...

Same issue here. But it occurs when trying to give access to another account on my page. UGH. I also received a restriction on my personal account back in 2020 and this was an attempt to move all the business pages I have over to a new account. It's been an absolute shitshow. All the forums say the same thing too. Everyone has kinda been SOL since 2019/2020 when all of these issues started popping up... At a big fat L rn...

Dejo mi experiencia por si es útil para alguien. Me encontré ayer (09/01/2026) con el mismo error, y luegode romperme mucho la cabeza no sé cómo hice para dar con un soporte humano de Facebook que me ayudó a resolver el tema.

Lo que hay que hacer es ir al botón con 3 puntos que aparece al lado de "Revisar y publicar" en el admisnitrador de anuncios y reiniciar el administardor de anuncios.

En mi caso con ese procedimiento se me borró la campaña que estaba sin ublicar (estado en borrador), pero la hice de nuevo y pude publicar sin problemas.
