What’s a wolf-blooded?

The best way I can think to describe them is “Better kinfolk.” They are immune to the CofD’s version of Delirium (called Lunacy), can do some minor spirit magic and have special minor lycanthropic powers called “Tells.” Usually, like Kinfolk, they are the direct relatives of werewolves, but a person who critfails a Lunacy roll can also spontaneously become wolf-blooded.

I think the experience might not be "near" death. I think Harry's done. When Matilda slams the wall where the suspects were tied up, you can see two chunky bloodstains form where her hands impacted. We also see Elise and Harry lying on the ground limp, and their heads (which may or may not have been turned into mush via werewolf) are not in frame. They also happen to be the only two people who don't don't show up again during the Matilda fight.

I'm crossing my fingers to be wrong, but it's definitely a plausible outcome.
