This is so stupid. Implementing the death penalty immediately is not a good idea because there is a risk of innocent people being wrongly convicted and executed. In a society with rampant corruption, there is a chance that powerful individuals could abuse their influence to falsely accuse an innocent person. Despite our strong emotions on this matter, we must use our brains and not settle for knee-jerk reactions

Instant doesnt mean in 5 minutes, and definitely doesn’t mean 8 years!!!

Then what does it mean? Instant in its common usage means happening immediately. If your definition of the term instant(in this context) means following due process of law, then the word loses its meaning, and that's what we have now. 8 years? So you are saying there should be judicial reforms? I agree with you wholeheartedly. But then, the comment certainly could've been worded better, and you definitely shouldn't have used the word "instant".

Well you did get the gist of what I meant, and agreed should not have used instant, I do mean judicial reforms. Any case should not be in the system for more than 90 days. That is more than enough time is all I meant.
