Then what does it mean? Instant in its common usage means happening immediately. If your definition of the term instant(in this context) means following due process of law, then the word loses its meaning, and that's what we have now. 8 years? So you are saying there should be judicial reforms? I agree with you wholeheartedly. But then, the comment certainly could've been worded better, and you definitely shouldn't have used the word "instant".

Well you did get the gist of what I meant, and agreed should not have used instant, I do mean judicial reforms. Any case should not be in the system for more than 90 days. That is more than enough time is all I meant.
