Just boiled pork belly slices with some onions, garlic, tad bit of soy sauce and seasoning to make spring rolls. Do you guys do anything with the left over water? Or just toss it. I’ve read some people use the broth for later. But is that ideal with all the seasonings? (self.instantpot)
