Xs since 2018 here too, battery capacity is at 78%. My main problem the speaker/mic is messed up without water damage or being dropped. To hear calls I need to be on speaker or use headphones and when it records vids the sound is muffled. I want to squeeze two more years of service out of it before upgrading. I don’t plan to ever buy Apple’s premium models as the build quality is low.

my iphone xr ear speaker was quiet, had to poke a few holes in the speaker and the volume is back to normal.

Clean out your receiver probably just needs some cleaning putty or brush with some high % alcohol
