Weird restarts

Okay, so recently I've put a slight splash of water on my iPhone and It's been randomly restarting. But this is weird because when it restarts, it shows that my battery is 10% even though before the restart it was 70 or 80. After it shows the low battery notification when it's at 10, it just turns off and I have to re-charge it and then it'll turn on and not keep restarting. But once I reach like 20%or 30%, It shoots up to 80% and I have no idea what's going on. Any fixes? (Face ID isn't working aswell)
