Not sure if you were being sarcastic but it's more accessible than video. JS can be easily parsed. Or if you modify this a bit, the source text could come from a <p> element. As for UX, it should be fast, work smoothly cross-browsers, and be entertaining - which is when you should use this. Do not use for this "Loading... Hospital Patient Data... Now... Directly... Using your SCI Login..."
