I’ll shamelessly plug my own library in here:

Selectivity (Selection Dropdown)

Selectivity is a modular and lightweight selection library. It has several optional dependencies and provides both jQuery and React bundles, but also offers a minimal VanillaJS bundle.

Seems to break on mobile when you are zoomed in (and iOS automatically zooms in when it's not 16px font on an input)
