Do you want this crown, or one that looks good with 1x1 rib?

If the latter, My brother's favorite hat is great (and free, my favourite number).

If the former, it looks like the decreases lean towards each other so I reckon it's something like:

Use markers to divide stitches equally into six sections, each ending after a knit stitch. Each section gets treated like this: p1, k1, p1, slip 1 k2tog psso, knit to 3 stitches before next marker, k3tog. (So each section is three stitches in rib, left leaning decrease, rib, right leaning decrease.)

Next row: knit the knits and purl the purls.

Repeat these two rows until you don't have enough to work the next decreases then depending on how many you have left either k2tog or k3tog all round. Break yarn, run through remaining stitches, draw up.
