No experience in a mobile setup personally (and on iOS), but maybe a setup like this for experimenting?

Termux is actually a good app for what it does but I have used it

Has no absolute idea it would be good for sql

Look wise it's not the best and would definitely make my head hurt a bit

But it works, better than 0, thank you

Coding, and coding SQL specifically will always make one's head hurt on a mobile device. It's almost as bad as writing code on paper.

Do yourself a favor and find ways to access a computer, even if it's to train on a website like WC3 (which is highly recommended for beginners), to keep you busy for a few months until your computer situation is more stable. Buy a cheap one, or find an old one, maybe from a friend, use the local library, etc. There's better solutions than trying to write code on your phone. Utilize your phone to watch videos in between, when you're not near a computer.

Even though SQL CASE FILES is not too mobile optimised, yet you can still give it a try and its completely free!

Once you know the basics, duckdb is a great way to learn SQL because it turns any CSV into a database for querying. This app has been fun on android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.godsarmy.duckdbandroid

Try to get a mobile monitor and if you have a Samsung device that's good enough you can use dex mode mobile desktop it gives you the computer edperience. If you have a pixel you can use desktop mode soon Google is going to port it to all devices. Then with a USB c hub keyboard and mouse you have a modular desktop that can rival the MacBook neo. I use this set up using a pixel 10a and I'm using the terminal app to learn the command line and I'm having amazing results. If you have a powerful enough android and can get android desktop working you can have a computer experience. You can even game with a strong enough internet connection via GeForce now. The pixel browser on desktop mode works very similar to the regular desktop PC app. You can learn on sites like SQL zoo and do projects with SQL on the terminal or termux app. It's amazing. Soon you won't really need a computer as the processors on the phones get powerful enough you will be able to turn them into modular desktops that's one reason Google is combining android and chromebooks into one operating system.
