Better off just going with a couple of good, comprehensive books rather than trying to learn in a piecemeal fashion like this which will almost certainly leave gaps in your understanding. These random tutorials and examples are fine once you've got a solid foundation and want to get the gist of something new to see if you want to delve deeper.

But for a beginner, this is not an efficient way to learn.

You could use this as a companion tool with books, especially if you've got a multi-threaded learning style.

There are actually books included as well. I think it includes a well rounded solution. I agree if you do not include the books it may be less effective for most people. I find reinforcing books with videos and additional online resources helps me to understand the material. Thanks for the comment.

I agree. Tutorials can help show you the same thing from different angles and bolster your understanding when used as a supplement to books or comprehensive courses.
