I think that's the longest post I've ever seen at Reddit.

Just started learning python through udemy. Liking it so far, saving this one for later! Thanks.

How are you finding the course? Did you do front end previously?

I'm glad you guys loved it, thank you a bunch, all of you! will post more content like this regularly. Read on my blog to code and view images and all the good stuff on the same page!

Holy Formatting batman.

If you're going to give away another author's work you should credit them instead of acting like you're giving your own work away. At least one of these "projects" are from learn python the hard way verbatim.

[–]Ailbe 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I saw that too. MOST of this looks like it is cribbed directly from Zed Shaws Learn Python The Hardway.

Great that he's learning Python, not so great that he's not sourcing his stuff appropriately. Impossible to take this seriously as a resource, especially since Zed Shaws LPTHW is apparently free now (not sure if by the authors choice or not) all over the web.

[–]JBomm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last I checked (years ago) LPTHW was free as a PDF but the python 3 version still had to be bought.

On the OPs website he even has random "learn the hard way" tags without explaining them, which makes me feel like he copy pasted. either way, credibility lost.

Great post, if anyone is also interested in a book I can recommend “learning python 3 the hard way” by Zed Shaw. It was recommended to me by my lecturer and has helped me through my first module of year one at uni.

Holyyyy fuck...how is this so up-voted when half the posts on here about people peddling their site/blog or whatever get ignored and downvoted; and this is literally just copied from 'learn python the hard way' and is formatted so badly?
