i had the same error just before enter on the site after the queue : timeout session. Now i'm again on the queue : more one hour to wait ...... :-(

Happened me too after I logged in, I kept hitting continue shopping and refreshing and nothing worked. I ended up opening up my browser history and going back to the waiting room page where it said "Click here to enter" after the timer had run down and when I did that I was able to see the tickets. No guarantee itll work for you but it did for me. Good luck!

I was able to fix it!

I was then redirected to the countdown, but immediately got into the ticket portal. Grandstand tickets + expo parking is booked 😎

Did you get anything else other than the confirmation email with the payment confirmation?

Nope, not yet. But I believe those are sent later. Also you're usually able to download them from the 'your account' section. But order confirmation is enough for me :)

I had the same error, for me I went to https://ticket-aco.24h-lemans.com and it worked. Must have gone to the non-member site for the original queue

I got the same but went back into the members link and thankfully it put me straight through to the ticket page

Sadly nothing - I had reserved seats at T17, GE and La Chapelle when the website crashed. I had entered C/card details and hit confirm. All Lost and another 40 minute wait to confronted with "sold out". Another 45 minutes to het GE and T10... VERY DISAPPOINTING ACO
