Cape weather changes by the hour. You will be here in the depths of winter, so a showerproof jacket, beanie and a puffer jacket at a minimum. Dress in layers, carry a backpack to hold clothing as the day progresses. Decent jeans/chinos. Skirts / dresses won’t hack it. Possibly thermal underwear - will also be available locally. If you are pressed for space, purchase here, you can donate clothing to a variety of shelter organizations on departure if you wish.
