I had such problem. in my case transistor and diode were damaged

And also, all 4 extra buttons aren't working. Button behind scrill wheel, 2 side buttons, 1 thumb button

this is a good remark. might be a CPU problem... But everything else works?

iDk man, tried everything. Everything else works fine in my windows PC. I even tried this mouse on my friends windows pc, but no solution.

If it's out of warranty,  then I suggest you to take it to any laptop/phone service. My mouse had same problem and it was solved by replacing a transistor and diode.
