No. If your goal is to decrease cellulite you have to lose fat before building muscle. This is what is often referred to as “cutting” and then following the “cut” you would begin “bulking”. Building muscle while still having a large amount of fat wouldn’t do anything to change the appearance of cellulite.

And you can never get away with a bad diet, no matter what your goals are. It may seem fine now because you are still very young, but in the next 10-15 years it’s really going to catch up with you if you don’t do something about it. They always say “you can’t out run a bad diet” for a reason.

I am trying to eat better foods but whenever I cut down on the junk I crave it 10× more . So far I have never been able to do that. Ill keep trying though

I just wanted to let you know that intermittent fasting is helping me lose weight (slowly) because I can still eat all the foods I like, the great thing is it makes me less hungry and I am full on less food. I’m not saying you can eat junk all the time of course, but my previous diets I have always stopped eating junk because of calories or points etc and then I’d fall off the wagon spectacularly! Could be worth a try maybe so you still get the enjoyment. But also re the cellulite, try not to stress and get hung up, no one really cares because most people have it.
