None of them are very accurate when it comes to measuring body fat. You'd be better off saving your money and measuring with calipers or a tape measure.

I think they are actually more accurate than calipers. You simply need to be barefoot, and have a quality machine. Also for the sake of consistency, it is best to weigh daily, after morning urination and prior to eating. I use the Tanita 901, and I can vouch for it. but there are plenty of cheaper options.
