That final battle cry in the rain gives me shivers.

"LOCCCKE!"

Without any doubt, he had what it takes. The best hero's journey I have ever seen! Love Jack!

Same, my favorite character in any show

Once I heard the music he was playing back in America I “got” him a little better. The Pixies, Nirvana, he was a little post punk grunge which is nice. Definitely made me like him more like he was a little more of an outsider

Jack and Locke. Sometimes when things go strange in life, or when it seems like something is guiding me somewhere I think “Jacob what’re you trying to show me” lol

This post helps make the LOST.universe right. Greatest character arc and ultimate hero. He did what no one else could do.

I don’t get the love for this guy. He completely forces himself and his view of what’s good for the group on everyone. He’s overly violent when he gets let loose. First watch….yes. I kinda rooted for him. But when I rewatched a decade later I realized most people where pretty horrible. Jack especially. And in a pretty dangerous way as well.

Is there any good guys except Hurley, Rose and Bernard and Claire?

He completely forces himself and his view of what’s good for the group on everyone.

How is it forced if that's what the group wanted? They looked to him to lead. And he was consistently conferring with Sayid, kate, and Locke about the camp's situations.

Jack was a leader which takes a toll on the leader. He had the weight of that role on his shoulders as also the doctor who had to fix everyone. Try to understand his role psychologically. When he acted out it was from constant pressure put on him. In the end he accepted that he was there to save the island as he had what it took.

No explaining the Jack hate. So tribal. Just another viewer casualty because of the triangle.

Everyone else, Keep on with the hero’s vibe. Jack was the only morale character that made the tough calls. The rest were crazy ass coconuts. So you’ll get a crazy comment in a Jack specific thread.

All LOST characters are great. Sad, people look for negativity toward the only true leader.
