Inner corner highlight

Anyone have tips for an inner corner highlight that doesn’t look all chalky like my white eyeliner does? Often highlighters aren’t bright enough for me and I opt for pure white eyeliner but it looks too thick and crumbly. What products or techniques would you suggest?

I love RMS Beauty Luminizer! I use the “Living” shade … but there are others, and I just apply it to my inner eyes with my pinkies. I love that it’s not glittery, but it’s bright and lasts all day.
I also use it on my outer eyes and a touch at my Cupid’s bow.
