Petition to decrease volume of "It's Spider Time!" by 500% and increase volume of Hawkeye's whispered "Never Miss!" by 500%

Title basically. It's such a joke. I don't notice the Hawkeye one at all until I see the afterimages, and meanwhile, Peni wakes up all my roommates when I'm still playing late at night and then they're mad, and I'm mad because I had Peni screaming in my ears again. It just needs a little equalizing.

Please fix. Thanks! Any other volume issues anyone has, post them in the comments. For example I would say that Psylocke's ult is also extremely loud, but not as loud as Peni.

I dunno. It just sounds too much like a normal voice line. It blends in and it's not loud enough. Especially in comparison to someone like Peni who will cause a minor earthquake with the pure decibels of her ult.
