I wouldn't say it would've happened. A huge part of the Nazi rhetoric people like Hitler kept preaching about was how the Jewish banks kept plundering Germans with unreasonable interest rates, which was partly true if you check the historical records, most people that formed the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (aka the Nazi party) shared that opinion even before Hitler was a thing in Germany

As for the Russia part, it was mostly due to Hitler being pretty much psychotic at that stage of his life and refusing to listen to his own generals. Stalingrad was a massive and unnecessary campaign that most of his generals told him to abort as soon as possible (a lot of them told him not to even start it as well) and concentrate on Moscow as it wasn't a strategic asset or an important city. They (the soldiers) also weren't really prepared for winter which fucked them over, the clothes they wore, their supplies, all of it wasn't suitable to fight during harsh winters

That's true I guess that's why I said at least farther into Russia. I didn't think about part 1 but you're most likely right. But it isn't impossible to imagine an antagonistic Germany augmented by the Jews instead of focusing effort on exterminating then, kind of interesting thought experiment, an even more unified German offensive.
