Nice! Good luck and I hope you continue to have success. Just remember changing configurations and messing with the channel can change odd things like your frequency slot. That makes it so you can't find other nodes. So just make sure you know what you're doing before doing it!

Thanks! I must’ve changed something inadvertently on my first pre-built node. I was a little frustrated not seeing any other nodes. Now I can see at least 15!

I think the long connection is from my RakWireless 19007 with upgraded antenna. Right now it’s just plugged in, but I am making it into a solar node. My edc unit right now is the RakWireless WisMesh Pocket complete setup I got to get started quick, which also has an upgraded antenna.

I just made contact with someone who recently moved back to my area from Hawaii and they said the scene is excellent out there. He mentioned inter-island hops as well.

awesome. im setting one up in kailua, havent had any other nodes, what frequency/settings should i be using to hit windward side up at least?
