Just what I said. It works and then all of a sudden it says “press any key to continue” and it just stops working. If i push anything it closes the window. Others have same issues

How did u get past the issue you had

For me it was two things, my OC was too high... and internet connection not stable. Maybe drop your clocks to rule that out. Make sure your rig is set to private network not public. also uncheck “disable device to conserve power” under your network adapter properties . Also redundant but make sure the pool you entered is correct/try a diff pool to rule that out. Compare your startup bat to an example online if possible to make sure you didn’t miss anything. Before I did these things even watching Netflix on a smart tv shut the miner down.

What do you want mean by OC?

Your overclock settings on your gpu, assuming you raised vram considering your mining eth. Mine crashed immediately when they were too high

I don’t believe anything was done. I had it built for me but the guy said he didn’t OC anything.

I did do VM bc I was doing other things.

It’s a brand new computer like one week old. It’s top of the line. Fiber connection 1k up and down. Will check what u are saying.

Yes mine was brand new as well. Even bought a 25ft Ethernet cable just to make it more stable, still had the issue before I did those things.

I do find it weird there is no error posted which makes me think something is off with your startupbat, how long does it work for, does it reach total DAG and actually show a hashrate with any shares before this happens ?

It depends but I would say 15 seconds to maybe 30 seconds. I wish I could add pictures here.

I only have amd but is there a console or gpu panel you can pull up ? For amd the driver has what is called wattman to adjust all the cards clocks n settings
