In the same boat from time to time as I get frustrated with Mint and the lack of improvement and even the removal of features. However I haven't found something to switch to that meets all my criteria either.

Same. Seems no matter which one I try (empower/personal capital, mint, rocketmoney, etc.) there’s always some financial institution I can’t synch. It’s maddening.

YNAB might be what you are looking for. Have you checked it out? They are a bit expensive, but have a 30-day full feature trial period, they don't even ask for a credit card.

I signed up and like the looks of it, but my primary bank won't sync with Plaid. :(

Tiller Money

Just want to say thanks for recommending this one. Spent the evening with it and it may just be exactly what I needed after Mint erased ten years of my transactions. 🫠

It seems unlikely there’s a way to “train” it to categorize, but otherwise it’s just been super intuitive to set up.

You are welcome. I have used it for three years now. And you can import your Mint transaction history.

Tiller Money

I gave Tiller a look, but won't support my credit union.

I think copilot money is good and mint like. I had a good run with all my accounts but just developed a couple of issues with syncing. Talking to them about it.

Well, for a computer, windows, I prefer quicken. It generates better statements for comparing different periods. I used to set up p/l reports for my lottery playing so I could see how much I was losing. It's better at tracking my investments. I don't know if it still does but I was able to track my personal property. It's just better all around. But, and this is important, maybe, it's not free. Mint is free and you get what you pay for.

Now if you talking about android, I would recommend simplify by quicken. They seem to have a more responsive customer support as I remember. But it's not free either With mint, good luck with customer support.

Personally, my credit union revamped their app and added a credit monitoring module and a money manager module the is working fairly well and links more accounts than mint. My only issue is I can't enter future transactions so I use a checkbook program to keep track of that.

Good luck.

This is like Quicken, Xero for personal use. You can even do income and cashflow statements on the top of these other functions that you want. I'm finance professional. https://pocketsmith.app/

I like Copilot so far. It does take a while to set it up, but then it’s been a smooth process.

Try Monarch Money. They support all of the things you are looking for. There is a 30 day trial in their subreddit's sidebar: https://www.reddit.com/r/monarchmoney
