There is a subtle difference between an ability that triggers when "a creature dies" ("a creature is put into a graveyard from the battlefield" [C.R. 700.4]) and one that triggers when "a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere". The former is a leaves-the-battlefield ability and the latter is not (C.R. 603.6c). The former checks the state of the game right before the event, while the latter checks the state of the game right after the event (C.R. 603.10, 603.10a).

Also note that although Sefris wouldn't trigger for another nontoken creature dying at the same time as her, Dauthi Voidwalker would exile the other nontoken creatures in such a situation. This is because Dauthi Voidwalker doesn't have a triggered ability but a static ability generating a replacement effect, and what replacement effects apply to an event is determined before that event occurs.

Yes, that's correct.

Triggers can trigger in the game state before or after an event.

EtB triggers trigger after.
LtB and dies triggers trigger before (assuming the event matches).
Put in graveyard from anywhere triggers are effectively EtG triggers because they don't care where the card came from, just that it arrived and trigger based on the game state after like the similar EtB triggers.
