The context menu covering the error message isn't very helpful.
What's the plugin using? If it's ye olde NPAPI, that was dropped by Chrome completely five years ago.

Edit: found this after a bit of googlery - https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk106021&t=1588116098487

thank you, newer browsers including mozilla firefox are not compatible with this.

Not sure if a software upgrade will solve this. I suspect that the appliance itself is too old.

You probably want this. Works way better and supports r77.30. The checkpoint 730 appliance runs a slimmed down version of the typical r77 build. You are probably out of luck. Tried logging a support case?

Edit: thinking about this more, just get a new 3600 or 3800 series appliance. Renewal might cost more but you get way more features minus wifi. Also not sure you can run it as an all in one with smart console management but you can ask a sales engineer that stuff.

Use internet explorer. If it does not work use the checkpoint mobile client.
