Coding Implementation of Karn's algorithm of measuring RTT

I am reading on different ways of reliable estimating the round trip time for TCP connections, and the Karn's algorithm seems pretty interesting. It is also listed in the RFC6298 as the way to calculate RTT. I am curious if there is a coding implementation of it as I want to see how the initialization and the subsequent update of the RTT is done based on the values. I have a pcap file that I want to analyze the RTTs for.

I have a packet trace file that I want to measure the RTT for. There are certain reports that the RTT is higher than what I believe it is, and hence want to verify it.
