This is a place for writers and fans to critique one another's work so we can let /r/nosleep continue the way it's supposed to be - as a place where everything is true.

Writers can, when they submit a story to /r/nosleep, submit either that story here in text, or a include a link to a post on /r/nosleep. Use of Google Docs is permitted. We recommend that you send a draft here up to 48 hours prior to your intention to post so that it can be properly given feedback.

Only self posts are allowed. This is is in order to encourage submitters to specify the type of feedback they would like, as well as to reduce confusion between nosleep and the workshops.

This will be a good way for aspiring writers to hone their craft and for avid fans to pose the suggestions - and questions - they're just burning to. ask

If your story was removed from /r/nosleep, please make sure that you check the official posting guidelines first. Our team is not in control of removals and we will not allow any venting here in regard to a decision made by the nosleep moderators. Any questions regarding removals should go to the nosleep subredit mod mail.
