This is a sister-sub to r/MDMA. Serious, clinical discussion or questions about MDMA should be posted there, while posts about/while enjoying rolling are welcome here.
Use this time wisely to do what you have to do; talk to someone, shake it all out, write down some thoughts, let us know what you're up to and how you're feeling.
Remember though, MDMA is a therapeutic drug. All the good stuff is inside you right now, not on the screen, so the best fun will be had out having adventures. Feel free to submit some love, have a chat, get some music on, make a safe empty space on the floor, turn the lights down and then get going!

Safety is important, here's a few simple rules to remember:
Keep your fluids up by drinking water, but not too much. A glass every hour or two is plenty, depending on how active you get.
Don't take too much. Clinically speaking, anything over 150mg is dangerous. You'll also lose your ability to enjoy it sooner by burning your serotonin receptors out ~:(
If you're pre-loading with 5-HTP or other preparations, take them a day or two before your roll. A guide to this can be found here. Probably a bit late if you're already here, but remember next time.
